UHU PLUS endfest 300 EPOXY 24 ml / 25 g – UHU5686

High-strength two-component epoxy adhesive.

The excellent quality of this fast-curing two-component epoxy adhesive ensures strong bonding and repairs with a strength of 300 kg/cm². The adhesive is resistant to moisture, oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis. It has high temperature resistance from −40 °C to +100 °C. After curing it can be drilled and painted.

APPLICATION RANGE

Suitable for bonding metals, wood, chipboard, thermosets, rigid PVC, laminates, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, rubber, polystyrene foam, etc., even between each other.
Not suitable for PP, PE, Teflon, or silicone.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Bonded parts must be clean, dry, and degreased. Remove the cap of the dual syringe, dispense resin and hardener in a 1:1 ratio (two equal strips) and mix thoroughly – the adhesive remains workable for 90 minutes at room temperature.
Apply adhesive to one surface, for rough or porous materials to both surfaces. Press together and fix for about 20 minutes (using clamps or tape).
Clean and close the ends of the syringe properly.
Minimum working temperature: 15 °C.
