COMPLAINT POLICY

1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. This Complaint Policy regulates the procedure for filing complaints regarding goods purchased from the e-shop www.knajfer.sk.

2. Warranty Period
2.1. The warranty period is 24 months.
2.2. For used goods, the warranty period may be shorter, at least 12 months.

3. Filing a Complaint
The buyer can submit a complaint:
– by email: adam3258@gmail.com
– by mail to the seller’s registered office.

The complaint must include:
a) the buyer’s name, address, and contact information,
b) the order number,
c) a description of the defect,
d) proof of purchase.

4. Handling of Complaints
4.1. The seller will perform a diagnosis of the defect.
4.2. The complaint may be resolved by repair, replacement, refund, or rejection (if the defect is not justified).
4.3. The complaint will be processed no later than 30 days.

5. Situations Where the Complaint Is Not Valid
A complaint cannot be recognized in cases of:
– mechanical damage,
– incorrect use,
– wear and tear from normal use,
– intervention by a third party.
